Jin Gu is an Investment
Associate for Asia Alternatives and is based in the Hong Kong office. Ms.
Gu is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, deal
execution and portfolio management of private equity fund investments and
co-investments in Greater China.
Prior
to joining Asia Alternatives, Ms. Gu was an Investment Associate at
Stanford Management Company, a division of Stanford University that
manages over $20 billion of the University's endowment and trust assets,
expendable funds and commercial real estate investments. Previously, she
also worked at State Street Corporation as a senior performance analyst
for The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and CalPERS.
Ms.
Gu earned a dual B.A. degree in Business Economics and Political Science
with an International emphasis from University of California, Santa
Barbara. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
